For a fee of 10% per booking, we will take payments, manage the booking process, ensure that the client is happy whilst on holiday and provide a wealth of local knowledge and information, to enrich their holiday. There are no other hidden costs.

CLEANING & CHANGEOVER / MAID SERVICE
If you’re not based in Tenerife to keep an eye on your cleaner(s), even if they are friends or own the property next door to you, how do you know your property is thoroughly clean?
At goingtenerife.com we feel it is the most important element of a holiday that when a client steps into a privately owned property, they can relax when they see and can smell it is clean. We provide a thorough and professional cleaning service to property owners, for a short notice clean, full changeover clean through to a daily maid service if required.
Our general hourly rate for the cleaning of 1 property starts at 10Euros per hour. Discounts apply for more than one property.

Is everything as it should be? / does the boiler work? / are there any leaks?
We check your property for the most popular and potentially damaging household occurance or against a specific list of your requirements. We then email you to let you know the status of your property with images as proof of our service for your peace of mind. If there are problems which need attention or you want to make improvements to your property, our team of tradesmen who have proven themselves to be invaluable and cost effective…will be on hand…trustworthy and cost effective.
